Halpern FW 2020 off-shoulder floor length gown in rainbow colours inspired by a 1970’s dress by American designer Halston - part of the Met collection. 

The diagonal cut of the dress leaves one shoulder and arm free, covering the other continuing into the gown, creating a beautiful movement when worn.
