where to start? The blouse is made from a glen check wool blend fabric with a cut out neck, with the fabric gathered in the front, creating a ruffled collar and pleats at the chest. A drawstring at the waist allows you to play with the silhouette. 

The bat sleeves are made from a starry sequin embroidery in purple, greys and whites, again with drawstrings at the cuffs to create a puffier effect. 
in the back, the fabric forms a double pointy hood, not meant to be properly used, more as a decoration.
