A classic that never goes out of fashion: this tweed Karl Lagerfeld era Chanel jacket from the Cruise 2004 collection in a soft buttery yellow and white bouclé fabric.
The jacket is adorned with two camelia flower brooches in the same fabric of the jacket. There are 4 front pockets and no closure. The jacket simply is worn open or can be closed at the neck with the ribbon that follows the neckline. A single butter yellow Chanel button seemingly purely decoratively, is visible at the left of the collar.
Both pieces are fully lined in a fine, white silk embossed with the Chanel camellia flower print. The interior hem of the jacket is finished with the signature metal chain. `
The jacket was very popular and featured in variations in many editorial shoots. A mint green slightly different version was famously worn by none other than Anna Wintour.
